Booking
• The reservation must be confirmed through a turn in cash equivalent to 20% of the cost of the stay. The rest (80%) must be paid at the time of the check in.
• The turn in cash should be conducted through Western Union or bank deposit.
• Charlie´s Apartments will provide guests the necessary information to make this deposit.
• Once the 20% of the payment is confirmed, and the passenger´s data is already received, the passenger receives the voucher to a given e-mail address, and then the reserve is confirmed.

Canceling a Booking
• Within 30 days notice or more: any amounts paid in excess of 50% of the stay will be refunded. This 50% will be paid to the apartment owner as compensation. compensación para el propietario.
• Under 30 days notice or shortened stay: no refunds will be given for amounts paid for rental or booking.

Guarantee Deposit
• A security deposit must be paid cash when guests check in, and it will be refunded to passengers at the time of Check out.
• Amount of security deposit: 100% of rent (with a minimum of U$S 300). For longer periods to 2 months the equivalent of one month's rent.
• The Deposit will be refunded to passengers at the time of Check out whether the department is delivered in perfect storage conditions. If any apparent damage occurs during the stay, Charlie´s Apartments will deduce the amount needed to repair the damage from the Deposit. If the cost of damage recorded is higher than the amount of the Deposit, guests must pay the difference to repair the damage.

Rental Cost
• The rent includes the agency commission, taxes, utilities and some include cleaning service once a week.
• Rates include charges for electricity, gas, water, cable TV, expenses, municipal taxes, internet, and weekly cleaning service.
• Prices do not include administrative expenses for U$S 35 (american dollars) and it will be paid together with the booking.
• The monthly rent must be paid from 1 to 5 of each month.

Cheking in
• Passengers must present the voucher at the moment of the check in.
• A staff member of Charlie´s Apartments or the owner of the apartment will welcome guests at the apartment at a pre-arranged time to collect the voucher and show guests the apartment and how things work.
• The full stay, guarantee deposit, and Charlie´s fee must be paid cash at the apartments when guests check in.
• Regular check-in hours are between 9:00 am and 19:00 pm everyday. An additional charge of US$ 15 (american dollars) will apply to check-in at other times, including national holidays.

Cheking out
• The inventory will be checked once again, making sure that the apartment is in the same condition as it was at check-in and that everything works properly.
• In the event of any breakages, damage or missing items, the pertinent amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and guests will be refunded any remaining balance.
• Check out time is 10:00 am.

Aditional information
• Rates are stated in United States dollars. Any currency conversion will be calculated at the then current exchange rate as published by www.dolarhoy.com.
• Charlie´s Apartments or the apartment owner reserves the right of admission.
