What does Charlie´s Apartments provide?
Charlie´s Apartments provides furnished apartments in Buenos Aires City for temporary rental. We aim to offer a personal and efficient service gained from having visited each of the Buenos Aires apartment short term or long term rental we promote.

What is the minimum and maximum period to rent an apartment in Buenos Aires?
The minimun stay is 3 days and there is no maximum stay.

How do I rent a furnished apartament?
- Find the apartment that you like.
- Select the furnished apartments you are interested in and fill out our request form ("Your Question"). You can also send us an email.
- As soon as we receive your request, one of our agents will contact you immediately with more information on the apartments you selected and will ask for your name, surname, n° passport, and nacionality in case you would like to book the apartment.

Once the landlord approved your application, your agent will send you the Voucher and different ways to deposit the 20% of the stay to close the reservation.
- Once you check in and sign the location contract you pay the remaining balance, the administrative fees, and the security deposit.

Who will receive me at the apartment?
A representative of Charlie´s Apartments will receive you at the apartment to give you the keys and sign the contract. It is normal to have also the landlord receiving you that day to introduce himself.

Who will come on my departure day?
On day and time stated, the landlord of the apartment will come to your place to say goodbye, receive back the keys and give you back the deposit. If the landlord would not be available a representative of Charlie´s Apartments will be there to
say goodbye, receive back the keys and give you back the deposit.

Can I pay with credit card?
Charlie´s Apartments accepts credits card payment or PayPal web payments for only 20% of the total amount for the booking. When you check in you have to pay in cash.

Can I moved today?
Yes, you can.

Are the bed linens and towels provided in the apartments?
Yes, all of our apartments count with bed linens and towels.
Usually, the apartments have two sets of towels per guest and two set of linens per bed.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
When you confirm the booking, we will ask you for your arrival flight number. This information will allows us to check through the internet with the airport if your flight is delayed. If there is a delay, we will be informed and we will be able to calculate a new appointment time at the apartment to welcome you.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes, and it is refundable.
- 1 or 2 weeks stays: the equivalent of 1 week rent.
- 3 weeks or 1 month stays
: the equivalent of 2 weeks rent
- For stays longer than a month: the equivalent of 1 month rent.

Are the published rates finals?
Yes. The published rates include all the expenses of the apartment: electricity, gas, building fees, taxes, internet access, water, cable TV and maid service once a week –when specified-.

Do I have to pay any administrative fees?
You have to pay U$S 35 (dollars) as administrative fees.

Which service should I expect to receive when the "maid service" is included?
When the maid service is included you should expect to receive a cleaning service at home. The cleaning service is provided by the landlord of the apartment you booked. Usually, maid service is included once a week. If you wish to have the maid service with more frequency, please, request for this additional service on your reservation request and we will contact the landlord to ask for it.

What happens if I have a problem/complaint on the furnished apartment?
Any complaints must be brought to our attention immediately so we can inform the landlord right away. Charlie´s Apartments will ensure that the landlord will take care of the problem right away; your agent will be contacting the landlord and updating you until the problem is completely resolved.
